Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

Develop and implement direct sales strategies for insurance products.
Engage with potential customers via calls, emails, and meetings.
Generate leads and build a client database through marketing initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Work with teams to create and launch sales campaigns.
Analyze sales data to improve performance.
Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.

Qualifications: 
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 2 year in sales and marketing, with proven field sales experience.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Must own a bike and have a valid driver’s license
