Work Requirements 

The Role Will be responsible for selling insurances policies to customers through agency channel.
Selling life insurance policies through agency distribution.
Monitor the day-to-day activity, planning & execution of team.
Provide the channel sales team leader knowledge with go to the latest online platforms.
Train all partners for them to be able to use the company products
Generate leads through various channels and networking.
Building and maintaining good working relationships with team leaders.

Basic skills 

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Motivational leadership skills
Previous experience in field sales or related areas.
Effective leadership and management capabilities
