Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced sales leader to drive business growth, lead a high-performing team, and develop strategic partnerships with agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• – Build and maintain a network of agents
• – Lead and manage 8-10 sales advisors
• – Develop and execute sales strategies
• – Drive lead generation and business development
• – Train and motivate the sales team

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree
– 2+ years of field sales experience
– Proven leadership and team management skills
– Driver’s license and bike ownership
– Local candidate preferred
