• *Recruiting Advisors from own social contact on commission basis.
• *Train the advisors on product.
• *Motivate the advisors to achieve targets.
• *Also sell Life Insurance in natural market.
• *Bachelor’s degree holder.
• *Minimum of 2 years in field sales.
• *Excellent communication and sales skills.
• *Must own a bike and have a valid driver’s license.
