Manage agency channel sales performance by identifying areas for improvement and implementing revenue-generating strategies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with current agents, and recruit new ones as needed to expand the agency network.
Oversee agency development initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and corporate policies.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to make informed decisions about product offerings and pricing strategies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues regarding agent licensing, claims processing, and customer service.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience
Excellent communication skills
Valid driver’s license
