Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit a sales team from the open market.
• Guide, manage, and train the team to achieve sales goals.
• Generate business and ensure policy sales through the team.
• Meet half-yearly and yearly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Must be a graduate.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales (any field).
• Must own a bike for local travel.
• The candidate must be a local resident.

Compensation:

CTC: Up to ₹3.20 LPA + performance-based incentives + additional benefits.
On-roll employment with the company.
Five-day work week with weekends off.
