Job Summary:

The Agency Relationship Manager is responsible for developing agency networks, supporting agents with business growth, and ensuring consistent performance through strong relationship management and effective communication.

Job Description: 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents/agencies
  • Achieve sales targets through agency channel development
  • Provide training and support to agents on products and processes
  • Monitor agency performance and provide regular feedback
  • Identify new agency partners and onboarding opportunities

Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor’s degree In any field is Mandatory.
  •  1-2 years of Sales experience.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on sales performance.
  • Must Be A local Candidate.
