Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Agency Sales Development Manager to lead our agency sales development efforts. The ideal candidate will identify and cultivate new agency relationships, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute agency sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
– Identify and engage with key decision-makers at agencies
– Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners
– Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product)
– Analyze sales performance metrics and market trends
– Manage sales pipeline and forecasting
Requirements:
– 2+ years of core sales or marketing or business development experience
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
– Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Bachelor’s degree in any Business, Marketing, or sales related field
