Roles & Responsibility :

  • Requirement for energetic and diligent Managers for Life Insurance Companies
  • Identify; Recruit potential Insurance Advisors
  • Drive business targets through Advisors
  • Coach advisors for higher productivity, prepare strategy; achieve the target
  • Focus on sales Team Management, Geographical coverage & manage the spread.
  • Generate leads in the open market.

Desired Candidate Profile :

  • Qualification : Graduate/MBA
  • Experience : 1 to 4 years of agency channel exposure
  • Age : Minimum 21 Years – Maximum 38 Years
  • Two Wheeler Required
