Job Title: Agency Sales Executive
Location: Karnataka (Multiple locations available)

About the Role: 
We are hiring skilled Agency Sales Executives to join our growing BFSI team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing a strong network of insurance advisors, ensuring sales targets are met, and delivering excellent support and training to agents.

Key Responsibilities: 
Recruit and onboard new insurance agents
Provide regular training and motivation to agents
Drive business through advisor networks
Monitor performance and help advisors grow
Ensure timely reporting and compliance

Qualifications: 
Graduation is mandatory
Minimum 1–2 years of sales/marketing experience
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
