Description of the Job:
Using company leads and offering tailored financial plans, you will be instrumental in pushing insurance policies to customers as an Agency Sales Executive.
Roles & Duties:
Follow up on leads supplied by the company.
Inform clients of the many policy alternatives.
Clearly state the advantages and skillfully respond to criticism.
Arrange meetings with clients and present personalized proposals.
Communicate with prospective customers on a regular basis.
Create and deliver specialized insurance advice.
To close transactions, do field visits.
Experience and Qualifications:
Completion of a degree is required.
At least two years in a sales-oriented position.
More than three years of employment in the area.
History of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Strong interpersonal and verbal skills.
