About the job:
The Area Sales Executive will be in charge of hiring, educating, and overseeing a network of agents in order to meet company goals and uphold high standards of customer satisfaction.
Positions and duties:
Find, onboard, and develop a network of high-performing agents.
Provide agents with sales and product expertise.
Use agents to increase sales in order to meet goals.
To increase engagement and retention, keep up good relations with agents.
To spot chances, keep an eye on market trends and rival activity.
Experience and Qualifications:
Any bachelor’s degree will do.
One or more years of expertise in business development or sales, ideally in the insurance industry.
demonstrated capacity to successfully lead teams and reach or beyond sales goals.
strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Analytical abilities to evaluate data and create successful growth plans
