Job Role:

• Recruit and manage a team of insurance advisors or agents.
• Train and guide agents to sell insurance products to customers.
• Generate leads and drive business through the agency network.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and monitor agent performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with agents and clients.
• Ensure compliance and proper documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in agency sales, insurance, or field sales.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Local market knowledge and language preferred.
