Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Agency Sales Executive to grow our business by recruiting, developing, and managing a network of agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train, motivate, and guide agents to improve their sales performance.
- Support agents in sales calls and joint field activities when needed.
- Monitor agent activity, performance, and provide regular feedback.
- Generate new business through the agent channel to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing agents to ensure retention and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Resolve agent and customer queries in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 2–4 years of experience in any field sales
- Strong communication, networking
- Ability to motivate and manage a team of agents
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel within the assigned area
