We are hiring a dynamic Agency Sales Executive for our Life Insurance business in Delhi. The role involves developing and managing a team of insurance agents, driving sales through fieldwork, and ensuring consistent business growth. Ideal for candidates with strong field sales experience and local market knowledge.
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Recruit, train, and activate new agents for life insurance sales
– Support agents in generating leads and closing sales
– Conduct regular field visits with agents to ensure productivity
– Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
– Maintain strong relationships with customers and agents
– Report daily performance and market feedback
Requirements:
– Minimum Graduation in any stream
– 2+ years of experience in field sales
– Local candidate with good knowledge of nearby areas
– Strong communication and team management skills
– Ability to work independently and handle field operations
