About the Role:

We are looking for an Agency Sales Growth and Strategy Lead to recruit agents, drive sales growth, and build strong client partnerships. You will lead agent recruitment, training, and performance, while ensuring excellent client service and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and manage agents to achieve sales goals

Build strong relationships with agents and clients

Track performance, provide coaching, and resolve issues

Develop and execute strategies to grow agency sales

Ensure client satisfaction and business growth

Requirements:

Graduate (Bachelor’s degree required)

3–6 years of sales and agency management experience

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proven ability to meet targets and manage teams
