The Agency Sales Leader will manage a team of financial advisors to ensure that sales targets are achieved. This role involves providing leadership, coaching, and creating strategies to drive growth and profitability within the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, and provide ongoing training for new financial advisors.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
  • Provide continuous coaching, feedback, and support to advisors to enhance their performance.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Identify high-value prospects and business opportunities to enhance sales performance.
  • Foster a positive and goal-oriented team environment, promoting motivation and collaboration.
  • Regularly track advisor performance and provide corrective feedback as needed.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to boost retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Must completed Graduation compulsory.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
  • Leadership skill to drive a team towards business goals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
