Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Agency Sales Leader to develop and manage a high-performing team of agents. The role involves hiring, mentoring, and enabling agents to meet their sales targets while ensuring consistent business growth through the agency channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and train new sales agents to build a strong distribution network.
- Support agents in planning and executing client acquisition strategies.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance and coaching.
- Drive productivity by setting clear goals and conducting performance reviews.
- Ensure agents comply with company policies and industry standards.
- Organize training sessions and development programs to enhance agent capabilities.
- Build lasting relationships with agents and support them in achieving individual targets.
- Keep a close watch on market trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2+ Years of Sales Experience
- Must be a Local Candidate
- Age Criteriaa 22 – 38
