Job Description

Job Title: Agency Sales Leader
Location: Hassan
CTC: ₹2.75 LPA to ₹3.15 LPA (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time | Field Role
Experience: 1–3 years in sales or insurance (preferred)

We are hiring an Agency Sales Leader to recruit and manage insurance advisors/agents. You will train them, support their sales, and help them achieve business targets. This is a field-based leadership role with strong focus on people management and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Advisor Recruitment:
Identify and onboard insurance agents or advisors in your area.
Training & Development:
Train advisors on products, sales skills, and customer service.
Sales Support:
Help advisors generate leads and close sales.
Target Achievement:
Ensure your team meets their monthly sales goals.
Motivation & Engagement:
Keep your team motivated and involved through regular meetings and feedback.
Performance Monitoring:
Track each advisor’s performance and help improve weak areas.
Customer Relationship:
Support advisors in building strong relationships with clients.
Reporting:
Share regular updates and sales reports with senior managers.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Good networking and relationship-building
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Team handling or field experience preferred
  • Local area knowledge is an advantage

Qualification:

  • Graduation in any stream
  • 1+ year experience in sales, agency, or financial product
