Job Summary:
We are hiring an Agency Sales Leader to build and lead a team of insurance/financial agents. This role involves recruiting, training, and driving your team to achieve sales targets through the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales agents
Drive agency sales and meet monthly targets
Motivate agents and support them in field sales
Monitor agent performance and ensure productivity
Conduct regular meetings and training sessions
Build strong relationships with clients and agents
Report daily/weekly sales performance to the branch manager

Requirements:
Graduation in any stream .
1+ years of experience in agency sales, insurance, or direct sales
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Willingness to travel within the local market
Local candidates preferred
