Job Title: Agency Sales Manager
As a Agency Sales Manager, you will lead a team of sales representatives who visit customers in person. Your main goal is to grow sales in your assigned area. You will make sure your team meets sales targets, visits customers regularly, and keeps strong relationships with them. You will also train and guide your team to help them perform better.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and support your field sales team
- Plan daily and weekly customer visits
- Help the team reach or exceed sales targets
- Build and keep good relationships with clients
- Collect feedback and report market trends to senior managers
- Make sure all team members follow company sales processes
- Solve any problems your team or customers face in the field
- Keep detailed records of team activities and sales reports
Candidate Profile:
- Has 2–6 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a team leader or manager role
- Is comfortable working outdoors and traveling regularly
- Has strong communication and team leadership skills
- Can motivate others and work under pressure
- Understands how to manage customers and solve problems quickly
- Is good with numbers and reporting tools
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
