Role Overview:
As an Agency Sales Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting and managing a team of insurance advisors and driving business through them. The role requires strong people skills, leadership qualities, and a passion for sales. This is a high-performance, field-based role with attractive earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified insurance agents/advisors
• Train agents on product knowledge and selling techniques
• Drive life insurance sales through the agency team
• Conduct joint field visits and support advisors in closing deals
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Monitor advisor performance, activation, and retention
• Ensure adherence to company and regulatory guidelines

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
• 2+ years of experience in sales (Insurance/BFSI/FMCG/Telecom preferred)
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Local market knowledge is a plus
• Sales and target-driven professionals preferred
