Job Summary:
We are hiring a dynamic and result-orientated Agency Sales Manager to build and manage a team of advisors/agents and drive business growth through the agency sales channel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors or agents.
• Drive business through the advisor channel by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Monitor performance of advisors and support them in achieving their goals.
• Plan and execute sales strategies to improve productivity.
• Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and advisors.
• Drive local marketing and business development initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduation (any stream) required.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in insurance or field sales.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
• Goal-orientated with leadership qualities.
• Local candidates preferred.
