Job Summary:
We are hiring a dynamic and experienced agency sales manager to lead a team of insurance advisors/agents. The role involves recruiting, training, and motivating agents to achieve business targets through the agency channel.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Drive business through agency model by developing a high-performing team
• Set individual sales targets and monitor team performance
• Support agents in sales calls, field visits, and client presentations
• Ensure agents are active, engaged, and productive
• Conduct regular meetings, reviews, and performance evaluations
• Guide team in handling customer objections and claims support
• Maintain relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline
• Experience: 2+ years in Life/Health Insurance Sales, preferably through Agency or Direct channels

Skills Required:

• Leadership & team management skills
• Strong communication and motivation ability
• Sales planning and target orientation
• Relationship building with agents and customers

Other Requirements:

• Two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally
• Must be target-driven and result-oriented
