Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Agency Sales Manager to recruit, train, and lead a team of agents to sell insurance or financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of agents or advisors
• Drive sales through the agency channel to meet targets
• Motivate and support agents to improve performance
• Monitor team activity and ensure compliance
• Build strong relationships with agents and clients
• Prepare and submit sales reports regularly

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
