Job Summary:

We are looking for an Agency Sales Manager to recruit, train, and lead a team of agents to sell insurance products. The role involves achieving sales targets and helping agents grow in their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and train new agents
• Support and guide agents to achieve sales targets
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
• Plan sales activities
• Build strong relationships with agents and customers
• Ensure compliance with company policies

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
