Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for leading a sales team, driving business growth, and achieving targets for banking, financial services, and insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage insurance agents.
• Help agents generate leads and close sales.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Motivate and guide the agency team to improve performance.
• Build strong customer and agent relationships.

What We Require: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
