Agency Sales Manager

Job Description

Job Summary:

The candidate has to be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing insurance agents to achieve sales targets and grow the agency business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard new insurance agents
• Train and motivate agents to sell insurance products
• Monitor team and support them to achieve targets
• Develop and implement sales plans
• Conduct regular meetings and field visits with agents
• Build strong customer and agent relationships

What We Require: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
