Agency Sales Manager responsible for managing and expanding a network of agents to drive business growth. Skilled in team management, sales strategy, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit, train, and supervise sales agents
- Set sales targets and monitor agent performance
- Develop strategies to increase agency business
- Maintain relationships with key agents and partners
- Prepare reports on sales activities and achievements
What We Require:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
