Job Description

Job Summary:
The Agency Sales Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing agents to achieve sales targets and grow the agency network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard insurance/sales agents
• Train and motivate agents to achieve sales goals
• Monitor agent performance and provide support
• Develop strategies to increase agency sales
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Ensure compliance with company policies

What We Require: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
