Job Summary:
The Agency Sales Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing agents to achieve sales targets and grow business through the agency channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard sales agents
- Train and motivate agents to improve performance
- Set sales targets and monitor results
- Support agents in closing sales
- Maintain strong relationships with agents
- Prepare sales performance reports
What We Require:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
