Job Summary:
The Agency Sales Manager is responsible for managing and growing sales through agency partners by recruiting, training, and supporting agents to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and develop agency partners
- Train and motivate agents to meet sales goals
- Achieve sales targets through the agency channel
- Support agents with sales and customer needs
- Monitor agent performance and prepare reports
- Build strong relationships with agents
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
