Job Description
Role Summary:
Responsible for recruiting, managing, and driving sales through a network of agents to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard insurance/sales agents
- Train and motivate agents to achieve sales targets
- Monitor agent performance and productivity
- Support agents in closing sales
- Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
