Job Summary:
The Agency Sales Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing agency partners to achieve sales targets and grow business through the agency channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard agents/advisors
- Train and motivate agents to achieve sales targets
- Drive sales through the agency channel
- Support agents with sales and customer acquisition
- Monitor performance and prepare sales reports
- Maintain strong relationships with agents
We Require:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
