Seeking an experienced Business Development Associate to oversee sales teams, push goal attainment, and maintain superior customer service. Requires extensive industry knowledge and proven experience in sales management.
Role & responsibilities:
- Recruitment and development of quality advisors.
- Identified the training needs of the agent and worked with trainers to improve the same
- Delivering consistent sales output utilizing management.
- Monitoring capabilities and improving agent productivity and retention.
- Guiding them on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets.
- Monitoring and follow-up process for driving sales through advisorsQualification Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the insurance industry.
- Minimum 2 Years of experience in sales.
- CTC up to 3.25 LPA + Incentive; on-roll job
