Agency Sales Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as the Agency Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients.
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and provide support to agents.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 1 year of field sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Must own a bike and have a valid driver’s license.
