Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Agency Sales Manager to join our insurance team.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Meet and exceed sales goals through direct selling.
• Find and leverage new business opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support.
• Stay informed about market trends and product knowledge.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales and marketing, particularly in field sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Must own a bike and have a valid driver’s license.
