Agency Sales Managers (ASM)

LOCATION :: CONTAI 

SALARY PACKAGE :: 2.20 LPA – 3.20 LPA 

Responsibilities :

Build, manage, and motivate a team of insurance agents.

Develop strategies to achieve sales goals and ensure agent success.

Drive the performance of the agency channel through innovative sales initiatives.

Monitor sales metrics and prepare performance reports.

Maintain strong relationships with agents and clients.

Qualifications :

# 2+ years of experience in agency or insurance sales.

# Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

# Ability to mentor and develop agents for high performance.

# Sales-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
