Job Description
We are seeking an Agency Channel Manager to improve our life insurance sales by hiring, training, and controlling agents all maintaining targets succeed and guidelines are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- To improve the scope of the agency network, hire and train new life insurance agents.
- Agents may improve their customer service, product knowledge, and sales abilities by receiving training, mentoring, and guidance.
- Develop and put to strategies to help agents in meeting both individual and group sales goals.
- For guaranteed continuous growth, regularly assess agent performance and provide suggestions.
- Verify that agents abide by industry rules, corporate policies, and ethical laws.
Qualifications:
- a bachelor’s degree in a similar discipline.
- A total of 2 years expertise Any open market field sales.
- Showed capacity to improve agent success and achieve sales targets.
- Strong understanding of market trends, rules, and life insurance products.
