The Agency Sales Manager will oversee a team of agents, driving sales success through recruitment, training, performance management, and strategy development. The role focuses on achieving sales goals, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment, training, and performance management of agents.
  • Set and monitor sales targets to achieve consistent growth.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any service-related concerns.
  • Direct marketing and promotional campaigns to support sales efforts.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Track agent performance, offer feedback, and implement coaching where necessary.
  • Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • 3+ years experience in native or residential.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain relationships with agents and clients.
