The Agency Sales Manager will oversee a team of agents, driving sales success through recruitment, training, performance management, and strategy development. The role focuses on achieving sales goals, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment, training, and performance management of agents.
- Set and monitor sales targets to achieve consistent growth.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any service-related concerns.
- Direct marketing and promotional campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Track agent performance, offer feedback, and implement coaching where necessary.
- Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior leadership.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Qualifications:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- 3+ years experience in native or residential.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain relationships with agents and clients.
