Job Title: Agency sales manager

Role and Responsibilities:
- Visit shops, markets, and business places to sell company products
- Build strong relationships with local customers and vendors
- Lead and support a team of sales representatives
- Set daily and weekly sales targets and help the team achieve them
- Report sales progress and customer feedback to the management
- Find new sales opportunities in your area
- Make sure the brand is well displayed and stocked in stores
- Solve customer issues quickly and politely
Candidate Profile:
- Must have 2–4 years of experience in field sales
- Should be comfortable traveling daily within the city or region
- Leadership skills to guide a small sales team
- Ability to work with goals and stay motivated
- Basic understanding of market trends and local competition
- Education: Graduate is must here.
- Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license
- Locality is preferred first.
