Job Description

Job Title: Agency sales manager

Role and Responsibilities: 

• Lead a field sales team to meet daily and monthly targets
• Manage and support a team of field sales executives.
• Train and guide team members on product knowledge and selling
• Visit market areas regularly to support and monitor the team
• Build strong relationships with local retailers and partners
• Train and onboard new sales staff
• Solve on-ground issues and handle customer concerns
• Track performance and report to senior managers
• Ensure area coverage is efficient and productive

Candidate Profile: 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field or outdoor sales
• Bachelor’s degree is compulsory
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Must have a bike and valid driving license
• Knowledge of local area and customer types
• Team management experience is preferred
