Job Title: Agency Sales Manager
We are hiring a Agency Sales Manager to lead our outdoor sales team. This role is about building strong customer connections, helping the team meet their sales goals, and making sure everything runs smoothly in the field. You will work closely with the team and make sure targets are reached.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, support, and manage the field sales team
- Assign daily sales tasks and guide team members
- Travel with the team to visit key clients
- Monitor team performance and offer coaching where needed
- Collect customer insights and share feedback with management
- Track daily visits, sales progress, and follow-ups
- Handle field challenges and support fast problem-solving
- Make sure all sales activities follow company rules
We are looking for someone who:
- Has 3–5 years of experience in sales, including team leadership
- Knows how to guide and support a team in the field
- Has strong communication and people skills
- Bachelor’s degree is compulsory
- Locality is mandatory.
- Own Two-wheeler required.
