We are hiring an Agency Sales Manager to recruit, train, and manage a team of agents to drive sales and meet business targets. The role focuses on team development, performance management, and achieving growth through agency channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and onboard new agents

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years of experience in sales or agency management
Strong leadership and team-building skills
