Job Description

Through distributors, retailers, and channel partners, the Agency Sales Manager – BFSI is in charge of creating, overseeing, and expanding the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finding, selecting, and onboarding new distributors, retailers, and channel partners are among the main duties.
  • Reach monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals to increase revenue.
  • Create expansion strategy and company plans based on territories.
  • Monitor and report on inventory, partner feedback, and sales performance on a regular basis.
  • Track the performance of your channel partners and take care of any issues or gaps.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • Two to five years of channel sales experience and the ability to create relationships
  • Capacity to oversee several partner territories at once
