Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven and dynamic Agency Sales Manager to lead and grow our agency network in the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Motivate and guide agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop sales strategies to expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and claims processing.
• Build strong relationships with customers to drive retention and referrals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is must
• 2–4 years of experience in sales
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong understanding of insurance products and financial services
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
