Job Summary:
The Agency Sales Manager in the BFSI sector is responsible for building, managing, and leading a team of insurance agents or financial advisors to drive sales through the agency channel. The role includes agent recruitment, training, goal setting, and ensuring that sales targets are met.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit suitable candidates as insurance agents/financial advisors.
- Guide them through licensing, onboarding, and orientation processes.
- Drive agency sales to meet or exceed assigned business targets (monthly/quarterly/annual).
- Ensure the achievement of targets across various product lines like insurance
- Monitor agent performance and provide continuous coaching and support.
- Motivate agents through incentives, recognition programs, and regular engagement.
- Build strong relationships with clients, agents, and local stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing required
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate.
