Job Title: Agency Sales Manager – Insurance
Location: Alwar
CTC: Up to ₹4.00 LPA + Incentives

Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced and motivated agency sales manager to lead, manage, and grow our network of insurance agents, drive business targets, and ensure high performance through recruitment, training, and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor insurance advisors/agents
  • Drive sales targets through agent productivity and performance
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and support agents with fieldwork
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Coordinate with branch teams and leadership for smooth operations

Candidate Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in insurance sales or agency channel
  • Strong team management, leadership, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets
