Job Summary:
We are hiring an energetic and driven agency sales manager to expand our insurance business through the recruitment and management of agents/advisors. The role requires leadership, field sales expertise, and a strong ability to develop and manage a productive agency network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and build a team of insurance agents/advisors.
- Monitor agent performance and support them in client meetings and closures.
- Ensure achievement of business objectives and adherence to compliance standards.
- Build strong relationships with agents and support their career development.
- Conduct regular review meetings, performance tracking, and field visits.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in insurance sales or BFSI industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of the local market and customer behaviour.
- Goal-orientated, self-motivated, and team-focused.
