Job Summary:
We are hiring an ambitious and experienced agency sales manager to lead and grow our insurance agency network. The role involves recruiting agents, training them, and driving business through the agency channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales through the agency network to achieve business targets.
- Motivate and monitor agent performance regularly.
- Ensure active participation of agents in sales campaigns and activities.
- Conduct joint fieldwork and provide sales support.
- Maintain strong relationships with agents to ensure long-term retention.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Submit daily/weekly reports to higher management.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 2+ years in sales (insurance agency/channel sales preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
